This policy explains what PSD Brands LLC ("Side Pot") collects when you use the app and sidepot.ai, why, and your choices. We don't sell your personal data.
01What we collect
- Account: email, display name, profile photo from Google if you use it, handicap index, and the Venmo, Cash App or PayPal handles you choose to add.
- Scores and rounds: courses, tees, players, hole scores, game settings, and the resulting totals and settle-up list.
- Approximate location: only when you tap "Courses near me", to find nearby courses. We don't store your location history.
- Scorecard photos: when you choose to import a scorecard by photo, the image is read to prefill the form and is not kept afterward.
- Push subscriptions: if you turn on notifications, a browser token that lets us send round updates.
- Usage events: simple counts such as "round finished", used to improve the app.
02Who processes it
- Supabase — hosting, database and sign-in.
- Stripe — payment for paid plans, if and when offered. We never see your full card number.
- Anthropic — optional AI features (game setup from a description, round recaps). Only the text and round results needed for that request are sent.
- GolfCourseAPI — course and scorecard data. We send course search terms, not personal data.
- Venmo, Cash App and PayPal — settle-up buttons are deep links that open those apps on your device. Side Pot shares nothing with them; any payment happens in their app under their policies.
03How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Finished rounds are kept so every player's history stays accurate. AI request logs and usage events are kept for up to 24 months. Backups roll off within 30 days.
04Deleting your account
Go to Profile, then "Delete my account". We delete your profile, payment handles, notification tokens and personal data. Finished rounds stay for the other players, with your seat shown as "Former player", so nobody else's totals change.
05Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
06Children
Side Pot is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
