Terms of Service

Side Pot records golf scores, applies the rules of the games your group chooses, and shows who owes whom. That is all it does with money: it keeps the book.

• We never hold, receive, transfer, escrow or process money for any player.
• We take no fee, rake, commission or cut of any stake or wager.
• We are not a gambling operator, bookmaker, bank or payment service.
• Settle-up buttons only open Venmo, Cash App or PayPal on your device. Any payment happens entirely in those apps, between you and the other player, under their terms.

Laws on private wagers differ by country, state and city. You alone are responsible for making sure any stakes you play for are legal where you are, and for any taxes on them. Do not use Side Pot where doing so is unlawful. You must be at least the age of majority where you live.

We work hard to score games correctly, but totals depend on the scores, handicaps and rules your group enters. Check the numbers before anyone pays. We are not responsible for disputes between players.

Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time from Profile. Guests can play without an account, and can claim one later.

Some features may later require a paid plan. Prices, billing and cancellation will be shown before you pay. Paid plans pay for the software only; they never involve stakes between players.

Don't misuse the service, interfere with it, scrape it, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Optional AI features help set up games and write round recaps. AI never calculates money; every total comes from the scoring engine.

Side Pot is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, PSD Brands LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any amount owed between players.
